It’s not often that we get the chance to transform an entire restaurant space into a watch showroom, encompassing not only a brand’s storied history, but its contemporary line of new watches. Last week, we got to do just that with Longines, taking over the beautiful dining room at Craft and transforming it into a de facto Longines museum. We enjoyed some incredible food, signature cocktails, and a talk with Longines Head of Branding & Heritage, moderated by RedBar NYC Chapter Head Greg Wirtz.
